Placing an Order

Once an order has been placed through Bioin.shop, the customer will receive a confirmation email from us with an overview of his/her order. Said email will contain the order number, along with all the other details regarding the order.

In case of missing/incomplete information, our customer service team member will contact the customer in order to complete the missing data so we can start processing the order immediately.

Delivery Within State of Kuwait

Shipping cost is KWD 1.500

Delivery Time:

– For orders placed from Kuwait – within 3 business days

How can I track my delivery status?
