Exchange and Returns

Our customers may exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the delivery date of the order under the following terms and conditions:

1.      The goods to be replaced or returned are in good condition and can be displayed on their cover and cards as well as attached to the original purchase receipt.
2.      The goods to be replaced or returned are not matching the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase.
3.      Shoes and accessories should be returned with original branded boxes, and placed inside a parcel box when being shipped.
4.      When trying on shoes please be careful not to leave traces on the shoe or damage the shoe box.
5.      Cosmetics and perfume must be returned without opening and/or using the product while maintaining no damage to the outer packaging.
6 . Valuable goods such as jewelry, watches, eyeglasses, evening wear and wedding clothes and items for inner wear (socks, underwear, swimwear, and leggings) can be exchanged/returned within one day only from the date of delivery if they are sealed and in their original condition
7.      For customers in Kuwait, you can change any product by choosing another size while taking care of the previously mentioned requirements.
8.      Oud, incense and its derivatives are neither returnable nor replaced.
9.      In case of returning a correct, undamaged order, the customer will have to bear the return shipping fees carried out through FedEx, DHL, or Aramex courier services only, and the order must be in its original state (unused/unopened), together with its original purchase receipt.
